We collect the following data when you use Gujob.ai:

• Google account info — your name and email address, used solely for authentication
• Text you submit for analysis — the highlighted Reddit text you send to the extension. This is processed and not stored permanently
• Usage data — basic usage metrics (e.g. number of analyses run) to help us improve the product
• Technical data — browser type, extension version, and error logs for debugging

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session
• Process and return analysis results for the text you submit
• Monitor and improve the quality and performance of the Service
• Respond to support requests you send us

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Text you submit for analysis is processed in real time and is not stored in our databases after your result is returned. Your Google account information is stored as long as your account is active.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing help@gujob.ai. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

4. Third-Party Services

Gujob.ai uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google OAuth — for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare Workers — for backend processing. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy
• Loops — for newsletter emails, if you subscribe. Subject to Loops' Privacy Policy

5. Cookies & Local Storage

The extension uses browser storage (via the Chrome storage API) to save your authentication state locally on your device. We do not use tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Data portability

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
